This is how it works:
1. order in the store: Select the desired canvas size in the online store - from a handy 30x30 cm to large-format 150x90 cm.
2. Send the file: Once you have placed your order, please email us your pixelated design, e.g. as a cscp file (Ortmann – Pixel Art Designer). If you have a different file format from another software program, please email us in advance. We will then check whether we can obtain the relevant software. 
The image must only be displayed on one side. We accept no responsibility for errors. Please ensure you include the size and pixel count in the file name.
Please also include a screenshot of the pixelated view for verification purposes. 
3. print & check: We check your file and print the image in the best quality on our high-quality canvas - with double-sided adhesive film or without adhesive, just as you need it.
4. finished! Your custom canvas print (without stones) will be sent to you fully prepared and securely packaged—ready for your creative project!
