When paying in advance, we ask you to make the payment within 7 days - in case of non-payment, the order will be cancelled.
The payment methods Klarna and AmazonPay are requested directly after receipt of the order and are therefore directly debited or due.
Klarna orders must be set to dispatch after the invoice/delivery bill has been created. However, they will not actually be shipped until you receive the tracking e-mail from DHL.
